Development of Executive teams

The purpose is to develop openness, trust, shared responsibility, mutual demands and a clear focus on what behaviour promotes and inhibits the business, so that the management team can be a clear driving force in the change and development work.

During the development program, there will be a focus on the management team's ability to make decisions, manage information, implement strategies, lead change and create a business-driven organisational culture. The management group's role as support for the individual member's development of both their business and themselves will also be highlighted.

The leadership group development takes place while the group works with its agenda. We have little faith that insight into general theories and models or general group exercises has any major impact on the Company's ability to run the business.

Organisation/Management Development

By working with the leader as an individual and a member of a leadership team, attention is drawn to the leader's role in development and change work. Focus is placed on the leader / management team that drives and what effect this actually has for the organisation. The process is directly linked to the individual leader's and organisations' everyday lives and results - the development will be shown both on the personal side and the improvement of financial results.

This work can be carried out with a management team, but also with a manager and its department based on the organisation, department or what the challenge entails.


Leadership Development Program

This program will focus on you as a coach and mentor. The coaching program is aimed at managers or key people who want to increase their impact on how they affect other people and the organisation's results.

Individual coaching

The perspective for coaching is holistic, and is based on the individual being unique and having resources that are more or less used. This can be a tool that helps to free up resources that are not used, and in this way be for the benefit of both the individual and the organization.
