THE POWER OF TRUST MANAGEMENT THROUGH COACHING

This program is aimed at managers or key personnel who want to increase their impact on how they affect other people and the organisation's results. The focus will be on you as a coach and mentor.

For many years we have seen what works and what does not, and how important it is that a leader has a perception of himself that corresponds with the realities. Standing firmly on your own two feet as a leader and being open to contradictions and others' understandings is not a matter of course - it is very easy to fall into your own limitations based on where you are in life and what you understand.

This program will give you deeper self-insight, as well as an improved understanding of how YOU can increase your confidence and influence on other people - and results.

 
 

Implementation

The program is carried out as an internal or open program for all companies. The program consists of five sessions of 1.5 days, with approx. 4 weeks stay between each session. Follow-up will take place between sessions.

 
 

Course description

The program requires active participation and is experience-based, which provides insight and understanding about yourself and your own opportunities. Practical training in coaching is central to every collection. The basis of everything that is done during the gatherings are focused around what we could call “the real” or “the genuine”, and there will be a high focus on change that makes sense - and what will be the concrete action to get "there".

This program focuses on implementation rather than theoretical models. We have seen far too many well-educated managers / key people who do not get the necessary impact or are unable to develop their employees due to their behaviour or lack of understanding of how they can really influence. We refer to theories when this fits naturally into what we do and we will spend plenty of time on reflections to ensure knowledge and understanding.
