ABOUT US

Geir and Bjarne have worked with leadership and organizational development since 1989, where they have facilitated and implemented major change projects in both the private and public sectors.

The focus has been on performance improvements and through this worked with leadership groups and team development, conflict management and individual coaching. They have extensive experience of working internationally and with the cultural and geographical challenges of this problem. In addition, has worked at IHM Business School in Stockholm.

Both are educated in organizational development, management, pedagogy and therapy.
